All the product has been checked and verified before it was sending out. Therefore we do not accept any return in damage.

a. Declare on Quality

All the pictures from our website are from actual items. Photo may slightly different from actual item in terms of colour due to the lighting during photo shooting or the monitor's display.

b. Declare on Responsibility

Slightly running out of thread, colour discolouration after washing, minor stain, drawing stain, actual colour different from screen's colour and some of the defect that our company refuse to return/refund.

Special Remind:

◆ Bears are very subjective product, we do not refund in terms of any colour dislike, colour different, product dislike, and so on.
